Hi! I’m Jess,
a medical illustrator and biomedical designer based in Toronto, Canada.
I have a Master of Science in Biomedical Communications (MScBMC) from the University of Toronto, one of five internationally accredited programs in the medical illustration field. I specialized in interactive media design where I used a variety of tools to translate scientific, medical, and healthcare topics into interesting visuals and products.
I am particularly interested UI/UX design and the implementation of technologies such as AR/VR to develop educational tools. I hope to be able to apply these technologies to the healthcare field – creating digital, visually engaging resources.
